At Ayllón, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
